Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, design, development, implementation, and testing of modular software components and products usable in multiple customer projects with varying use cases.
  • Work closely with Product and Project teams on requirements gathering and design for the software components and products useable in multiple customer projects with varying use cases.
  • Responsible for technical requirements, architecture diagrams, and test strategies of the solutions.
  • Design and architect these modular software components and products (mobile, web, and web services) leveraging BrightInsight Platform APIs.
  • Deliver software confirming to IEC 62304, FDA Mobile Medical Apps and HIPAA regulations.
  • Apply emergent technologies and best practices (MVC, MVVM, etc.) to the design of software solutions.
  • Evangelize and consult internal (software architects) and external (BrightInsight customers) stakeholders on the best design pattern of leveraging the BrightInsight Platform.

Special Requirements: Experience must include 2 years with the following:

  • Software development experience with Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Javascript
  • Building software applications/solutions with cloud-based backend
  • Building solutions utilizing large-scale systems with availability and performance SLAs
  • Translating user and product requirements to technical requirements
  • Agile methodology
  • Software confirming to IEC 62304, FDA Mobile Medical Apps and HIPAA regulations

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, or related discipline, or foreign equivalent, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a closely related position.
