About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator at Careem, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, configuring, and enhancing our Salesforce environment to support our sales and account management teams. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the platform's efficiency, data accuracy, and alignment with business processes.

What you'll do:

Salesforce Configuration and Maintenance:

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of our sales and account management teams.
  • Maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings.
  • Create and manage fields, page layouts, record types, and workflow rules.
  • Monitor and resolve platform-related issues and user inquiries.

Data Management:

  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the Salesforce platform.
  • Import, export, and manipulate data as needed.
  • Implement data deduplication and cleansing strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reports.

User Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Assist in onboarding new users and helping them become proficient with the platform.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.

Integration and Automation:

  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications as required.
  • Implement automation processes using Salesforce tools like Process Builder and Flow.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and customer service performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to define reporting requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, updates, and new features.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the Salesforce platform to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201 or higher) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce CPQ, and other related tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of previous experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and comfortable analyzing data
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications
