About the team
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing daily activities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
What you'll do
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Understand the unique needs and goals of each account and develop tailored strategies to meet them.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Business Growth
- Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives.
- Daily Operations
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities and order fulfilment.
- Monitor and manage account performance, addressing any issues proactively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Data Analysis
- Utilize data and analytics to track account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Handle escalated issues promptly and work towards resolution
What you'll need
- Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Strong problem solving skills with good hands on analyzing data
- Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice
- You must be a self-starter as we'll look for you to manage your own time and priorities here
