About the team
We are looking for a Creative Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our Brand and Creative team. This is a unique opportunity for a creatively driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment. You will play a key role in developing high-impact visual content and bringing brand campaigns to life through collaboration and creativity.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce engaging content for campaigns, digital platforms, and brand communications.
- Contribute to the development of visual content.
- Assist in crafting brand-consistent materials for digital, print, and in-app experiences.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, bold ideas.
- Adapt and repurpose existing content for different formats.
What you'll need
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and design versatility.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway) and an interest in using them to enhance content creation and ideation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
