- Manage MPLS network connections and WAN links across all office and data center locations, ensuring optimal performance and redundancy.
- Deploy and maintain Peplink SD-WAN/failover solutions for both offices and the data center.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues, latency, and connectivity outages across the WAN/LAN environment.
Data Center & Virtualization
- Administer and maintain data center server clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and capacity planning.
- Manage VMware virtualization environments (vSphere/vCenter, ESXi hosts, resource pools, snapshots, and migrations).
- Own backup and recovery processes, including backup scheduling, disaster recovery testing, and restoration procedures.
Voice & Contact Center
- Configure and support Voice Gateways (SIP/PRI) and telephony infrastructure.
- Maintain and optimize Contact Center Infrastructure, ensuring uptime and quality of service for customer-facing voice operations.
Endpoint & Identity Management
- Administer MDM platforms including JumpCloud,, Microsoft, and Apple Business Manager for device provisioning, policy enforcement, and compliance.
- Manage Zscaler for secure internet access, zero-trust policies, and traffic inspection.
- Administer Google Workspace (user provisioning, security settings, groups, and org-wide policies).
Client Engineering & Systems Integration
- Own client engineering initiatives, including endpoint standardization, imaging, and lifecycle management for Windows and Mac fleets.
- Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) across business applications, ensuring secure and seamless authentication.
- Design and manage API-based integrations between internal and third-party systems to streamline workflows and data flow.
- Lead integration of systems across IT tools (identity, MDM, ticketing, collaboration, and security platforms) to improve automation and visibility.
- Own patch management for Windows and Mac endpoints and servers, ensuring timely deployment of security and OS updates.
AI & Automation
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across IT operations (e.g., ticket triage, alerting, reporting, and routine maintenance tasks).
- Build scripts and automation workflows to reduce manual effort in provisioning, monitoring, and patching.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered IT tools (chatbots, monitoring/anomaly detection, self-service support) to improve efficiency and end-user experience.
- Stay current with emerging AI and automation trends relevant to IT infrastructure and recommend adoption where valuable.
IT Service Management
- Apply ITIL foundation principles across incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of IT service delivery through structured ITSM practices and documented workflows.
Security, Domains & Licensing
- Manage domain registrations and SSL certificates, ensuring timely renewals and proper configuration.
- Oversee software and infrastructure license management, tracking renewals, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Implement infrastructure security best practices across network, endpoint, and server layers.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, SOPs, and infrastructure documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, applications, support) on infrastructure projects and incident resolution.
- Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders during outages, maintenance windows, and project rollouts.
