About the Team

Careem Pay is the fintech arm of Careem, operating within the super-app ecosystem (as a start up within the company) to deliver seamless payments, money transfers, and financial services to millions of customers across the region.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven individual to own the end-to-end release cycle, funnel optimisation, and Martech performance for all customer-facing Careem Pay assets.

This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of product, data, and growth. You'll be the operational backbone of the Pay product engine, making sure every digital touchpoint is positioned intelligently and every customer sees the right message at the right moment in their journey. You'll bring structure to complexity, use data to drive decisions, and apply an AI-first mindset to how the team operates.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the GTM, and product launches post development till full scale up.
  • Own the user funnel with data insights to define and inform the roadmap.
  • Own the setup of touch points throughout, in and outside the Careem app.
  • Own the management of all growth touchpoints across the super-app (banners, widgets, shortcuts, vertical tile), Careem Plus loyalty surfaces, and marketing channels.
  • Define and maintain a structured asset calendar, ensuring every channel is always live, correctly targeted, and aligned to active growth priorities.
  • Manage rapid experimentation cycles, spinning assets up and down with speed and rigour.
  • Serve as the primary growth ops interface with the Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Loyalty teams, translating business needs into operational actions.
  • Partner with the growth and analytics teams on experiment design, holdout groups, and incrementality measurement.
  • Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure assets are produced on time, on-brand, and correctly deployed.
  • Own documentation of all operational processes, configurations, and segment definitions.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth operations, digital marketing operations, or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven track record of creating scalable operating processes for every growth asset type, from intake and briefing to build, QA, launch, and post-launch review.
  • Strong data-first mindset, you've worked with analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar products and can read data beyond the obvious signals, combined with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and audience segmentation principles.
  • Strong SQL skills, you're comfortable writing complex queries, building audience segments, and doing your own data analysis without waiting for a data analyst.
  • Excellent project management skills, you can manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping the ball.
  • Strong communicator, able to write clearly, present confidently to senior stakeholders, and influence without authority.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and their application to operational and analytical problems.
  • Experience working in a super-app, loyalty programs, or fintech related fields is a plus.
