Position : Senior Manager, CRM Program Management

What will you do?

  • Oversee major CRM channels including in-App incentive program, App Push, SMS, EDM, and Line, etc.
  • Analyze, track, and report results of each CRM campaign to identify actionable insight for improvements to meet key KPIs.
  • Own defining and managing the CRM program for integrations with internal tools, data quality, platform hygiene, and asset refresh.
  • Run A/B testing and build communication workflow based on customer behavior analysis and 1P data to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with local and global system product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value.
  • Lead the response and resolution of significant cases and incidents, ensuring effective damage control and timely communication.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing or Program Management experience directly related to CRM.
  • Hands-on E-commerce or B2C domain experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven records of building and scaling well-structure Marketing/CRM programs leading data-driven analyses and influencing results.
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and plan that can scale quickly.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations.
