Position : Principal II, Financial Planning & Analysis

Team Overview

Taiwan Finance team is a finance business partner for Coupang Taiwan’s business teams. We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal II, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) focusing on Retail and Instock domains as the company’s Retail business is growing exponentially.

What will you do?

• Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail and Instock P&Ls
• Track the metrics and analyze their trends & results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholders
• Provide constant feedback to stakeholders, raise a flag, and recommend corrective measures to deliver WOW results
• Perform root cause analysis by retrieving the right data and diving deep

Essential Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)
• Retail and/or Instock FP&A experience
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment
• Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualification

• MBA
• Strong SQL and PowerBI skills
