Team description

The People System Administration team is responsible for ensuring our People Systems are smoothly operating.
Your primary focus will be on our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), while also supporting the system operations of our other People systems
(i.e. Eightfold, Shiftee, LinkedIn, Litmos and others).
You will work with various cross-functional teams and support them to resolve any People System requests and issues.
You will focus on delivering a consistent end-user experience, monitoring system usage, and data accuracy while following all compliance and team policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our People Systems, including system configuration, user access management, data integrity, and overall system performance.
- Respond, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user’s technical issues related to the people systems that the team manages.
- Provide systems users with relevant information and guidance on the system process and features.
- Initiate and implement improvements to existing workflows, administration, and automation.
- Document and maintain comprehensive documentation for people systems processes, all system configuration changes, system related projects, system guides and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular system/data/ user permission audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Build strong relationships with the cross-functional teams (Recruiting, Sourcing, CX, HR CoE, IT Teams etc.) to best understand their needs and optimize tools to support them.
- Engage in proactive communication with vendors to enhance systems and processes or resolve technical issues.
- Use data to improve user experience and ticket deflection.
Essential Qualifications
- 3 + years of HRIS, HR operations, IT support, and/or customer service support experience and proficiency in people systems.
- Working knowledge with Webhooks, API’s, HTML /CSS, process automation using power automate.
- Customer-centric approach while also focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
- Extremely detail-oriented and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to dive deep, analyze, and identify the root cause and propose solutions.
- Ability to collaborate and provide technical support and train system users.
- Ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong change management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment .
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficiency in English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with recruiting systems (preferably Greenhouse, Eightfold).
- Prior experience with a ticketing system (preferably Service Now).
- Prior experience analyzing large volumes of user/system data.
- Experience in an international company and familiarity with global HR practices and regulations.
