Position : CS Innovation Specialist

• Analyze and manage cases to optimize customer service operations.
• Manage and optimize backend cases to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments and maintain effective communication channels.
• Propose improvement strategies for enhancing service quality and processing efficiency.
• Monitor and manage various KPIs for outsourced vendors to uphold established service quality standards.

• Customer service experience 3 years
• Proficiency in optimizing customer service operation processes.
• Strong ability to organize and analyze customer issues effectively.
• Capability to monitor various operational indicators efficiently.

• Experienced with Zendesk
• Vendor management experience 2 years
• Competence in managing and analyzing outsourced manpower effectively.
