Role Overview

The HR analytics team is to produce HR insight using a statistical data analysis model(s) and offer all the necessary support to apply the analysis results to HR business such as recruiting

What you will do

  • Independently generate meaningful insights through data analysis and use of data visualization tools.
  • Verify the effectiveness of HR policies/programs in operation through data analysis.
  • Independently communicate on data analysis results and carry out the process of identifying areas to revise/supplement/improve.
  • Independently carry out analysis model improvement by monitoring/tracking the analysis results applied and identifying areas improved.
  • Analyze requirements by data requester and service.
  • Process and provide data in an analyzable format based on requirements.
  • Define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in HR analytics.
  • Tackle complex data analysis problems, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5Y+ experience in data science/data analytics
  • bachelor's degree and above

Preferred Qualifications

  • The usage of SQL and/or Power BI is a plus
  • HR analytics experience is a plus
  • Manufacturing or logistic industry experience is a plus
