What you will do?

Mission

• Modify existing processes and workflows, achieve automation, and develop new performance standards and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to introduce industry-leading practices within the same sector.
• Support a wide range of operational activities by applying acquired business or operational technology, knowledge, and key operational principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in improving operations and processes or related project experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics centers, logistics industry, or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to propose creative and innovative solutions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change.
