Position: Senior Manager, Selection Planning Program Management

What will you do?

• Build relevant selection Target Lists for retail buyers
• Collaborate with buyers and department heads to set and achieve performance objectives
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and recommend strategies to optimize buyer performance and exceed targets
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to all stakeholders, including company management team
• Track and monitor progress towards performance targets and make adjustments as needed

Essential Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in program management or a related field such as retail business oper
• Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the e-commerce industry
• Experience working with buyers in a retail setting
• Knowledge of retail performance measurement methodologies
