This Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of machine learning models to automate and improve product detail translations across our global ecommerce platform. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in Al/ML along with strong product management skills to identify opportunities, define requirements, and oversee the implementation of Machine Translation solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyze customer and business needs to define product requirements and roadmaps for ML driven translation capabilities

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and localization teams to design, build, and deploy ML models

- Continuously monitor model performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance the end-user experience

- Communicate progress and insights to leadership, advocating for resources and investment in AI/ML initiatives

- Stay up-to-date on the latest AI/ML trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for the business

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML applications

- Strong technical background, either through an engineering degree or hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration

- Passion for leveraging AI/ML to solve complex business problems and enhance the customer experience

Preferred:

- MBA or advanced degree preferred to complement technical expertise with business acumen

- Experience in launching consumer-facing products in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for candidates who have worked in start-ups or large tech companies.
