Role Overview

Each interview candidate's interview experience with Coupang will also deeply affect the candidate's impression of Coupang, so this position plays an important role. Additionally, our teams need to work across departments. You need to work with multiple departments and communicate closely with the recruiting team and the hiring department to support Coupang's leadership principle of "Hire & Develop the Best".

What You Will Do

  • Recruitment process management, including coordination and operation of candidate's interview scheduling, employment contract management, and onboarding
  • Establish and operate recruitment procedures based on close communication with candidates, recruiters, and business
  • Collaborate with the Global Mobility team to provide comprehensive services for smooth recruitment of Expat candidates
  • Projects to enhance candidate experience and improve recruitment process
  • Manage candidate database and respond to operational issues using the recruiting system

Basic Qualifications

  • More than 4 years of HR/Coordinating experience
  • English communication skills
  • Ability to work well with colleagues in other departments
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and proactively improve them
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and able to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
  • High awareness of personal information protection and security of interview candidates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have relevant business experience for Expat candidates
  • Experience in arranging interviews (High volume)
  • Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) and Workday (HR System) experience
