Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying medium to large scale automation solutions across fulfilment centers, return centers, replenishment centers and hubs.
• As a project owner, the candidate will be required to work closely with and manage multiple stakeholders such as project managers, product managers, procurement leads, Operations leads, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks and processes to support Coupang Fulfillment Services Automation Maintenance, Robotics Deployment, and Continuous Improvement strategy.
• Develop, implement, and govern program management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics to create operational efficiencies to meet or exceed organizational goals.
• Building and maintaining close working relationships with business partners and ensuring alignment to group standards, goals and policies.
• Developing OE governance model and processes to achieve a flexible, efficient approach continuously improving processes and aligning with CFS governance to maximize effectiveness.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience in large organizations, with increasing influence and responsibility
• Prior Program Management, Automation or Operations experience. Also open to experience in Finance or Consulting.
• Experience initiating and leading analytical projects with minimal guidance, taking a structured approach to solving complex business problems.
• Advanced Excel modeling experience.
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience taking broad visions and concepts and developing and launching successful structured enablement programs with predefined metrics to measure impact.
• Excellent communications skills including, writing, presenting, as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to drive through completion.
• Excellent communications skills in both Korean and English
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills in both Korean and English strongly preferred.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation deployment and maintenance strategy in e-commerce.
• A fast-thinking, curious, high-energy individual ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
• Advanced SQL skills, eCommerce experience, and MBA

[Document Return Policy]
1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.

2. A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the “Company”), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. However, this will not apply where the hiring documents were submitted via the website of the Company or e-mail, or where the job applicant submitted those documents voluntarily without a request from the Company. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.

3.
