Position :Manager, General Administration

What will you do?

• Supervise day-to-day service operations provided by WMB; able to identify issues, as to improve the service/cost efficiency.
• Able to coordinate with business functions/leaders in planning the seat and office space.
• Experienced in the office expansion project, and familiar with the process from space planning, capacity analysis, and further recommendations to capacity constraints.
• Experienced in CAPEX and OPEX planning in the area of office management, facilities management, or general administration services.

Essential Qualifications:

• 8 years in Facilities Management, and handled office design and construction project before.
• managed experience is plus.
