Position: Principal, Program Management Promotion and Pricing
We are searching for a highly experienced and results-oriented Promotion and Pricing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for 1. developing promotion and pricing programs together with key performance targets, 2. implementing the program with the team and 3. evaluation metrics of the programs, ensuring they are optimized to drive focused outcomes for the company. Ultimately you will automate these programs with the international stakeholders. You will leverage your strong drive, analytical skills and excel wizardry to track progress, point out gaps, understand pipeline, identify trends, create data-driven insights, and develop strategies to maximize team performance.
What will you do?
- Develop merchandising calendar aligned with key stakeholders including buying team and global merchandising team and sign and implement buyer performance targets and evaluation metrics aligned with company goals
- Develop and implement promotion programs based on the merchandising calendar aligned with company goals. Collaborate with buyers and instock managers to set and achieve performance objectives
- Understand the current status of pricing and develop and implement pricing guidelines
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and recommend strategies to optimize buyer performance and exceed targets
- Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to all stakeholders, including company management team
- Track and monitor progress towards performance targets and make adjustments as needed
- Develop the requirements for automation and implement them with the key stakeholders including the global PM team.
Essential Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in merchandising/promotion/pricing program management or a related field such as buying or marketing program management
- Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
- Experience at a start-up company
- Experience working with buyers in a retail setting
- Experience of inventory management
- Knowledge of retail performance measurement methodologies
- Fluent in Korean

Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
