Position: Principal, Supply Chain Management (IPC)

What You Will Do

• Work with product teams and shape the product roadmap for SCM Taiwan
• Responsible for SCM metrics which impact supply chain cost and service for Taiwan.
• Setup process / tools to provide insights for both long and short term planning for Taiwan.
• Find a defect and coordinate with the relevant team how to solve this defect.

Essential Qualifications:

• Deep dive, Move with Urgency, Influence without authority
• Need hands on data analysis capabilities. (SQL, Excel)
• Strong in stakeholder management
• Clear and Good communication skills (English)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work experience in Inventory planning related functions in e-commerce and any other retail industry would be preferred.
• Ability to utilize various analysis tools to find issues and improvements based on data. (Python. R script)
• He/she should be able to travel to Taiwan if necessary to support Taiwan business. And he/she should consider that he/she can move to Taiwan in the future and work locally.
