Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Instock Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing inventory, monitoring product availability, and optimizing operational processes to meet customer demand and maximize sales. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have access to a wide selection of products that are readily available for purchase. If you are a fast learner who is passionate about e-commerce marketplace operations and are willing to embrace challenges, Coupang is the right place for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all product categories.
• Facilitate planning and operations processes, including forecasting, stock replenishment, stock clearance, etc.
• Work closely with 3PLs to ensure seamless operations.
• Support daily operations such as licenses application and customs declarations.
• Maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
• Drive continuous improvement, analyze the current situation and deep dive into the root causes.
• Coordinate projects.
• Improve the standard operating procedure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Advanced excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. SQL).
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
