Team Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Immigration to join our Global Immigration team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing immigration programs, with a strong preference for those with in-depth knowledge of APAC immigration processes. This role focuses on operational excellence, data-driven program enhancements, and stakeholder management to ensure efficient and compliant immigration processes across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the global immigration program, with a focus on the APAC region

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in immigration processes

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high-quality service delivery

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical solutions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on immigration matters

• Provide expert guidance on complex immigration cases and policy interpretations

• Ensure compliance with global immigration laws and regulations, with a particular focus on APAC countries

• Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and assess their impact on operations

• Conduct regular audits of immigration processes and documentation to mitigate risks

• Collaborate with vendors to implement process improvements and technology solutions

• Develop and deliver training materials on immigration processes for employees and stakeholders

• Create and maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices

• Responsible for performance management, career development, and ongoing training for Immigration team members in Korea and in Taiwan

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Extensive experience in global immigration program management, with a strong preference for candidates with significant APAC immigration expertise

• 1+ years’ experience of global or APAC people management experience).

• Proven track record in operational process improvement and service delivery enhancement

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience resolving urgent issues, with a strong sense of accountability and judgment

• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex projects and tasks tracking key dates and deliverables
