Position: Senior Manager, Account Management

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management to join our e-commerce marketplace business. The Account Management Operations t will focus on supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and enhancing the overall seller experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for major sellers, including managing sales and promotions to achieve monthly targets.

• Communicate effectively with sellers through face-to-face, phone, and written communication.

• Maintain a customer-centered approach to continuously exceed goals.

• Understand sellers' businesses and apply necessary business ideas to practice.

• Collaborate closely with related departments and engage in active team communication to achieve business goals.

• Monitor and analyze data to support seller growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing operations or account management in an e-commerce or related industry.

• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and written.

• Ability to understand and respond to fast-moving business directions.

• Proficiency in data management and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the same or related industry.

• Experience using tools such as Salesforce and Genesys.

• Fluency in business English.
