Job Title: Senior Seller Operation Manager (Seller Onboarding)
What will you do?
We are looking for an Account Management Operations to join our e-commerce marketplace business. The Account Management Operations t will focus on supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, and enhancing the overall seller experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations for major sellers, including managing sales and promotions to achieve monthly targets.
- Communicate effectively with sellers through face-to-face, phone, and written communication.
- Maintain a customer-centered approach to continuously exceed goals.
- Understand sellers' businesses and apply necessary business ideas to practice.
- Collaborate closely with related departments and engage in active team communication to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and analyze data to support seller growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in managing operations or account management in an e-commerce or related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and written.
- Ability to understand and respond to fast-moving business directions.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the same or related industry.
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce and Genesys.
- Fluency in business English.
