Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Seller Performance, with a strong record of achieving results and leadership experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and projects. You and your team will lead programs, process improvements, and seller performance activities related to ensuring the highest level of sales and Seller experience through the efficient and accurate planning and execution of our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Seller Performance Program and Analytics team for the Marketplace business. This role requires working with seller teams, planning and finance teams, marketing, business intelligence, product, and operations to define requirements and implement process and program deliverables.

What You Will Do:

  • Build the strategic vision for Marketplace business operations and planning platforms for innovative programs and ensure design infrastructure and technology solutions are in-line and fully scalable with evolving business strategies.
  • Leverage the platform and manage seller performance functions, optimizing and scaling sales.
  • Communicate sales team and program performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement activities.
  • Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other program initiatives to meet and exceed business plans.
  • Analyze the market business dynamics, evaluate and build internal capabilities to constantly evolve strategies for growth and improve customer and seller experience.
  • Provide strategic direction to product and engineering teams of Sales and Seller business requirements to drive sales attainment metrics for the business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of combined experience in B2B sales, operations, and data analysis or commensurate experience.
  • Experience in team and program management, business planning, and process improvement teams.
  • A track record of successfully delivering results, starting up new programs and initiatives, and delivering projects on-time and within budget.
  • Outstanding attention to detail; exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence people and gain results outside of a direct reporting line.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with sales, product, and operations teams in global locations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiar with TW marketplace business industry.
