•Collaborate and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to transform HR processes resulting in more efficiency, productivity, scalability, accuracy, and effectiveness, as well as managing expectations.

•Communicate directly with business users to understand current HR processes and provide recommendations on how to improve those processes through process reengineering and the application of technology.

•Develop business cases for identified initiatives, prioritize them to implement including defining and monitoring success metrics.

•Assist with change management, including training and communication plans.
