Position: Seller Acquisition ( Account Management)

Job Description

Reporting to respective Manager, the role holder is responsible to handle and in charge for targeted seller acquisition align with seller acquisition strategy. As Seller Acquisition role, you will engage between sellers, external stakeholders and cross-functional team to process smooth onboarding, collecting right documents to meet KYC and assist store application. This role will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders in dynamic and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leads generation & acquisition of high-value sellers to join and start selling on Coupang
• Identify new avenues for seller acquisition to grow the platform
• Ideate, execute, & track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for Coupang
• Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external, and act as a liaison for new sellers
• Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates
• Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers
• Provide market insights from the seller perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing operations or account management in an e-commerce or related industry.

• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and written.

• Ability to understand and respond to fast-moving business directions.

• Proficiency in data management and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the same or related industry.

• Experience using tools such as Salesforce and Genesys.

• Fluency in business English.
