Position : Associate III, Supply Chain Management
Tracking and monitoring the Coupang logistics services in Taiwan and help to scale up the same.

What will you do?
• Taking daily follow ups with the truck drivers for Coupang 1P logistics for on time deliveries and prepare RCA for the misses.
• Creating reports and summary for delivered and PDD misses.
• Provide support for dispatch and creating the map view to the drivers. On time vehicle placement at FC & last mile hubs. Middle mile network set up and dispatch timeline adherence.
• Co-ordinate with the engineering and product team for the test order scale up.
• Delivery performance of last mile tracking and monitoring. Market survey, Driver onboarding, Truck leasing and contract finalization.
Essential Qualifications:
• Any Graduate preferably Engineering/Operation research background. MBA is plus.
• Background from E-commerce or FMCG with 2-5 years of experience.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin. English read/write/speak fluency level - Moderate to advance.
• Advance excel and SQL is a plus. Data analysis and prepare summaries.
