Role Overview – Director, Partnership / Affiliate

We are seeking a highly experienced Affiliate/Partnership Lead to join our growth marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate and partnership programs to drive business growth and enhance our online presence.

What You Will Do

Affiliate Program Management:

    • Develop, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
    • Identify and recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the program.
    • Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they are motivated and supported.

Partnership Development:

    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant channels and influencers.
    • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
    • Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint marketing campaigns.

Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate and partnership programs.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Use data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns and achieve performance targets.

Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, retail and product, to align affiliate and partnership strategies with overall business goals.
    • Provide training and support to team members on affiliate and partnership best practices.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications

    • Master degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • At least 8 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or a related role.
    • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate and partnership programs.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
