Role Overview

Ads Growth team is dedicated to enhancing the advertiser experience through cutting-edge advertising recommendations, encompassing budget allocation, ROAS optimization, and beyond. Our goal is to empower advertisers with the most intelligent and insightful recommendations, ensuring maximum impact and effectiveness in their campaigns.

As our Staff Software Engineer for Ads Growth , you will be responsible for designing and developing our large scale recommendation pipeline and low latency service API to support Coupang's fast business growth.You would handle large data volumes in a distributed environment and drive solid design work on large scale Spark data pipelines etc.

Basic Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or electrical/electronic engineering, mathematics or equivalent.

5+ years of solid work with fundamental algorithms, system design, and large distributed systems.

5+ years of coding experience in Java, Spark, SQL Hands-on experience in building large scale data infrastructure.

Preferred Experience

Experience with service-oriented architecture and web application/services development Experience working with AWS (Amazon web services).

Experience in building machine learning applications and systems.

Experiences in building systems and applications of advertising/search advertising, search, and recommendation.
