Job Summary: Coupang Taiwan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, with a focus on search ads, display ads, and CRM. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our marketing campaigns to drive growth and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Ads Analytics:
- Analyze performance data from search ad campaigns (e.g., Google Search Ads).
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance marketing optimization.
- Develop and implement data driven strategies to improve ad performance and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Display Ads Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze display ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, Meta catalog ads and programmatic).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and targeting strategies.
- Provide recommendations for improving ad placements, targeting, and creative performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing display ads.
CRM Analytics:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform CRM strategies.
- Develop and implement segmentation strategies to improve customer targeting and personalization for reactivation and other type of coupons.
- Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Work closely with the CRM team to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.
Data visualization:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on search ads, display ads, or CRM.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
