Job Summary: Coupang Taiwan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, with a focus on search ads, display ads, and CRM. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our marketing campaigns to drive growth and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Ads Analytics:

  • Analyze performance data from search ad campaigns (e.g., Google Search Ads).
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance marketing optimization.
  • Develop and implement data driven strategies to improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Display Ads Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze display ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, Meta catalog ads and programmatic).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and targeting strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for improving ad placements, targeting, and creative performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing display ads.

CRM Analytics:

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform CRM strategies.
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies to improve customer targeting and personalization for reactivation and other type of coupons.
  • Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.

Data visualization:

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on search ads, display ads, or CRM.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
