Responsibilities:

Design and Production:

• Design and produce digital marketing materials, including but not limited to ads for Facebook, Google, and other advertising platforms, as well as in-app banner ads.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.

Performance Marketing Support:

• Work with the performance marketing team to design effective ad materials that increase click-through rates and conversion rates.
• Adjust designs based on data analysis results to optimize ad performance.
• Participate in A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different design options and make improvements based on the results.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure design projects are completed on time.
• Accept feedback and make necessary revisions to achieve the best results.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide creative ideas and design suggestions.

Learning and Growth:

• Continuously learn the latest design trends and tools to enhance your design skills.
• Attend training and workshops to improve professional knowledge and abilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of design experience, especially in digital marketing.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work in a team environment.
• Highly creative, able to propose and implement innovative design solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in animation design or video editing.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS, able to perform basic web design.
