Position: Senior HR Analytics Specialist
What will you do?
# Lead HR strategy and planning aligned with Coupang’s business direction
# Lead organizational planning and improvement of HR structure planning mid-long team roadmap to maximize HR performance
# Manages FC HR data and provides dashboards and insights based on business needs
# Role as PMO for consistent improvement of business
# Role as advisor of FC HR Benchmarking / Localization
# Communicate with leadership team understanding any impact of organizational changes
# Set and Monitor KPI - Quarterly / Half-yearly / Yearly
Qualifications and key skills
# 5+ year of HR Analytics working experiences
