The Coupang Pay organization is responsible for all financial related functions for Coupang, primarily collection of payments from customers, and dissemination of payments to our merchant partners.

Job Description

At Coupang Pay consumer growth product team, we're revolutionizing financial services for consumers by reimagining traditional payment solutions. We're dedicated to build the next generation of embedded financial products and continuously enhancing user experience and satisfaction.

We Are Looking For a Product Owner who can:

• Drive value for Coupang users by deeply understanding their needs.
• Champion innovation, breaking through barriers to deliver impactful solutions.

In This Role, You Will:

• Uncover user pain points & market gaps to shape product vision and strategy.
• Lead end-to-end innovation, from ideation to launch, in collaboration with engineering, design, legal , finance, marketing and business teams.
• Deliver business impact in a high-growth, challenging landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience (+5 years) in product management, with a focus on
• customer-oriented products
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a product vision and guide the team through key milestones
• Experience leding user-facing products from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless UX and measurable business impact. Proven track record in building products that prioritize user feedback and data-driven iterations.
• Experience gathering requirements from various stakeholders and turning them into a product solution
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Experience in Fintech

Document Return Policy

1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
