Position: E-commerce Specialist, Catalog Operation Management

The Corss-boarder Business team is looking for an E-commerce Specialist who is motivated and has a bias for action and can think systemically to bring to life new areas of business for the team.

This role will work with cross-cultural and cross-functional stakeholders to bring direct impact to Coupang catalog quality and our customers.

This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail and strong execution skills.

What will you do?

• Audit if the catalog quality is perfect for showing in front-end. Make sure the product info is clear and sufficient for users, and parity to KR guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to implement project plans in TW

• Process optimization: Evaluate and identify process inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and improve project outcomes

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel

• Strong attention to detail, with a patient, proactive mindset and independent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to motivate and inspire team members, driving each operator to perform at their best

• Native Chinese required

• Fluent in English & Korean (equivalent to TOPIK 5 or above)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail industry

• Proficiency in SQL is a strong plus
