Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the total truck transportation for inbound and outbound shipments between Coupang logistics centers, and establish KPIs.
• Plan and implement all operational routes for Coupang.
• Introduce and continuously review service levels (LOS) to improve operational processes.
• Reduce costs by connecting truck routes and improving dispatch efficiency.
• Continuously discuss current status with relevant departments (SCM, CFS, Retail, Hub Ops, etc.) to improve work efficiency.
• Support company growth through efficient trunk operations and capacity assurance.
• Use systems for truck dispatch and communicate with relevant departments (FC, HUB, CAMP partners, etc.).
• Analyze the current status of transportation services and improve through collaboration (LOS: Service Level).
• Manage transportation partners, conduct operational management and settlement work according to routes.
• Develop overall truck transportation strategies, improve operational processes, and communicate effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 4 years of experience in logistics and transportation management.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, courier, or professional logistics companies.
• Graduated in transportation and supply chain-related fields.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Over 2 years of experience reporting KPIs to senior management.
• Excellent communication skills and basic English conversation ability.
• Proficient in computer operations (data management/analysis, SQL application).
• Experience in logistics and transportation management (department head, team leader).

Please Note: This position requires shift work (including holidays). Initially, it will be a daytime shift and will collaborate with the Korean team. Once the team is established, monthly rotation across the following shifts will be required:
