Collaborate with the contractor supervisor or site representative every day in the field to make sure they all buy-in of our safety program and to support they ownership of the safety program.
Responsibility to ensure all contractors adherence to company policies, regulations, work plans, work packs, and detailed work plans.
Assist with maintaining and managing project files in compliance with applicable regulations.
Assist with incident investigations, and implementation of effective solutions.
Complete a daily documented hazard inspection and assist all contractors with implementation of corrective actions.
Review safety plans from contractor workflow, and detailed work plans prior to the start of work.
Assist and provide safety training on policies, procedures, and specific requirements.
Assist EHS design safety carry out SDV (safety design validation) before handover
Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of safety experience in the construction industry.
Certification as category A occupational safety and health supervisors in construction industry is preferred.
Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The ability to travel and relocate in Taiwan as required.
