Position: Staff IT Operations Engineer
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain IT devices, including desktops, laptops, handheld devices, printers and handheld devices.
- Configure, allocate, and troubleshoot IT devices to enhance their useful life.
- Monitor and perform maintenance tasks, including system lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot L1 and L2 issues with IT end-user client devices, networks, and servers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process documents, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and provide support.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Plan and operate IT services and continuously improve the relevant processes for a stable IT end user support onsite.
- Purchase and install IT endpoint devices, Consumables
- Operate and provide maintenance support in IT endpoint/network equipment and devices
- Manage IT assets and report regularly
- Perform continuous KPI monitoring and tasks control for an efficient IT operation
- Work with stakeholders (technical teams) and relevant business teams Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WLAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor
- Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
- Basic networking problem resolution and managing incident response tickets within an Enterprise ticketing system Identify, report, and resolve poorly performing system issues using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes
- Work with internal/external IT teams to implement/execute change requests and support in-house IT projects
- Good at stakeholder & vendor management
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience in ITIL-based IT service operation or Infrastructure Workplace project
- Experience in launching corporate or manufacturing buildings under supervision.
- Experience in providing support to fulfillment/delivery/customer service center.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a manufacturing, R&D, automotive, or logistics environment.
- Experience in operation and configuration of IT devices and asset management (PC / Printer / VC / Network equipment, etc.)
- Experience in Windows/Endpoint/MDM security program, Active
- Directory, Wired/Wireless network and other IT infrastructure support Have great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
- Basic background in network administration and architecture
- Good understanding of access control models and network security
- Basic experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
- Desired Microsoft or Cisco Certified if technical with hands on technical experience for Problem Management/Center of excellence etc.
- For process related credentials, the candidate should be 6Sigma Belt, Lean Certificate
- Driver License and Vehicle owned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Prince 2, CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in developing or operating logistics software (WMS/TMS)
- Experience in OOBE(Out of box experience) Project, Autopilot, DEP, ChromeOS, and so on.
- IT Service Outsourcing Management (SLA, Contacts, Reporting, KPIs)
- Remote IT Service tools and User self-service design experience
- Problem-solving ability based on dive-deep and think-systematically mindset
