JD: Product Manager – Senior Program Manager – Cross Border Supply Chain

We are seeking a Senior Cross-Border Supply Chain Project Manager to design solutions for Coupang Rocket Growth cross-border sellers. This role will be responsible for the project management and operations of cross-border end-to-end seller B2B inbound solutions, ensuring seller experience and business volume targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for Coupang Rocket Growth cross-border sellers.
• Understand and analyze industry best practices, conduct solution research of cost structures.
• Manage projects related to cross-border end-to-end seller B2B inbound solutions, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee cross-border supply chain operations, optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-border sellers to provide excellent customer experience and resolve issues during the inbound process.
• Analyze business data and develop strategies to increase business volume.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in cross-border supply chain project management.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with different departments and partners.
• Proficient in data analysis, able to develop optimization plans based on data.
• Problem-solving skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Working language can be both English and Mandarin.

Preferred Experience:

• Direct experience working with SCM department in e-commerce platform.
• Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce B2B warehousing processes and relevant regulations.

• Knowledge of China to Korea B2B and B2C flow in cross-border or international trade environments.
• Korean language is a plus
