Business information:
Product Managers at Coupang are mini-CEOs and they own and drive large parts of the business. As the Senior Product Manager, you will:

· Be responsible for product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for specific areas related to the customer shopping experience

· Always represent the voice of our customers based on our deep understanding of our customers.

· Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to product launch, including creating product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics

· Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by removing challenges from the end-to-end shopping experience

· Inspire your team to have a vision for your product and collaborate with multiple domain teams to launch your product

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to increase the number of customers, stores and delivery people

· Delivering a first-class shopping and logistics experience on mobile apps and websites

Eligibility Requirements:

· At least 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, implementing and executing a solid product vision

· A person who can move quickly, make data-based decisions, adapt well to environments with high uncertainty, and can think analytically

· Proven ability to collaborate with multiple domain teams and manage multiple projects

· A person with a passion to judge and act quickly and to get the job done

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and exert influence while making sound business decisions

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent

Preference:

· Experience in Ads product

· Experience in e-commerce or logistics

· Consumer-facing mobile product launch experience

· Start-up experience

• 제품 비전 수립 및 실행 경험 포함, 5년 이상의 제품 관리 경력
• 빠르게 움직이고, 데이터 기반 의사결정을 하며, 불확실한 환경에 잘 적응하고 분석적으로 사고할 수 있는 사람
• 여러 도메인 팀과 협업하고 다수의 프로젝트를 동시에 관리한 경험
• 빠른 판단과 실행을 통해 성과를 내는 데 열정이 있는 사람
• 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 및 영향력 발휘 능력, 비즈니스 관점에서의 합리적 판단력
