Position: TW Quick Flex - Account Manager

Part of Quick Flex team handling vendors/partners to ensure delivering the best service for Coupang customers.

What will you do?

• Team Introduction: The Quickflex Account Management team oversees and manages transportation partners responsible for rocket deliveries. The team collaborates with various companies and vendors to establish operational strategies and execution plans for improved delivery services.
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate transportation partners to achieve PDD (Plan Delivery Day) targets.
  • Develop operational strategies and execution plans for Quickflex operations.
  • Manage contracted transportation companies (Account Management).
  • Oversee delivery services and process management.
  • Rotation to cover holidays/weekends given rocket delivery schedule every day.

Essential Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, sales, merchandising, or account management.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Positive, flexible mindset with a strong service orientation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in sales or logistics management with partner companies
• Advanced Excel skills
