Position : Sr. Manager, 3PL Last Mile

Manages the 3PL carriers to ensure achieving targeted PDD performance along with delivering several initiatives/projects for cost improvement and operational efficiency. The role interacts with different stakeholders including carriers, Coupang FCs and CT teams, product, CS and other retail teams as JKGU.

What will you do?

• Service and performance management for 3PL carriers.
• Volume and capacity planning for BAU and peaks.
• Manage initiatives/launches/projects acting as the main POC between 3PL carriers and different teams in Coupang.
• Work with internal stakeholders (FC, OB CT and hubs) to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage invoicing and payment cycles along with finance/accounting for the 3PL carriers.
• Cooperate with CS team and ensure timely reply and resolution for CS complaints along with CS carriers.
• Manage the 3PL specialists covering weekends/holidays to ensure consistent services.

Essential Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in logistics, supply chain and 3PL vendors management.
• Strong data and analytics skills.
• Proficiency in excel and MS offices
