Position : TW Quick Flex - Program Manager

The PM oversees Quick Flex network providing data insights, different reporting tools for the different workstreams and aspects of Quick Flex vendors performance, in addition to overseeing their delivery quality and CX experience and payments.

What will you do?

• Team Introduction: The Quickflex organization is a core department within Coupang’s delivery operations, responsible for delivering the largest volume of Coupang’s products. The Program Management Team manages and analyzes all data related to Quickflex. Through this, the team provides optimized operational strategies and supports the implementation of an efficient Last Mile delivery system.
• Manage overall data and generate performance metrics for Quickflex
• Provide business insights through data analysis and maintain dashboards

Essential Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the logistics (parcel delivery) industry and data analysis
• Strong hands-on experience in data analysis (advanced Excel skills)
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and measure performance
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, advanced Excel)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate insights, take action, and report results based on analysis
