Position: Hub Design Manager

About This Role

This role is responsible for managing and improving the cost, quality, and on-time delivery of hub processes in the logistics center.

We focus on cost improvement based on standard productivity, quality improvement through process design and process improvement, and on-time hub departure management for on-time delivery to customers. For the continuous development of the company, we are focusing on data and field-based and process improvement.

What You Will Do

• Productivity improvement of sorters by doing Time motion study and reduce the cycle time
• Cost improvement through process improvement through sortation layout defining.
• Implementation of innovative projects and process introduction to help expand and optimize
• Quality improvement based on data analysis/process improvement
• On time hand over to the line haul truck and maintain the shipping schedule
• Hub Capacity management to prevent lost sales
• Manpower planning and rostering for the outbound hub
• Designing the hub wise layout and sortation structure for the hubs and FC Outbound handover.
• Adhere to the line haul connection time to avoid breaches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process management and improvement
• Experience in reporting using Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• SQL knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong understanding of e-commerce or logistics services
• Business English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in industrial engineering/Operational/Supply chain Management

• Required Qualifications
• At least 8 years of experience in logistics planning and improvement
• At least 1 year of experience in data extraction/analysis/reporting
• Ability to collaborate and communicate well with cross-functional stakeholders.
