Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Provide performance data to support operational efficiency and seller performance improvement.
• Provide inquiries trend and status data to support seller experience improvements.
• Conduct data exploration and dashboard creation using real-time data.
• Support internal team projects related to sellers and customer experience with necessary data.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficient in using data tools such as SQL, with proven experience and capability.
• Experience in business intelligence reporting and visualization using tools like Power BI.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-changing business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across functions (multitasking skills).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce platforms or customer service-related roles.
• Experience using Airflow or other programming languages.
