Team Overview
Pricing Operations organizations are involved in developing different strategies and building and executing optimized manual processes to deliver the best price experience for customers in the fast-changing e-Commerce market.
Develop automation tools to clearly define and standardize key business and operations indicators and measure indicators on the basis of Data to effectively achieve organizational goals, increase visibility into business and operations, and analyze various internal and external data to provide insight into strategic decisions. Key missions provide data-driven decision-making and collaboration insights, and establish, improve and operate an operational process that accurately and quickly follows the lowest market price from a customer's perspective to a manual. Improve operational deficiencies, perform all projects corresponding to operational efficiency, operate exactly as the process, and achieve operational goals.
What You Will Do
- Organization's goal-based optimal analysis, KPI setup and tracking, and root cause analysis and improvement of aging data operations - analytical capabilities.
- Process improvement planning and program operation/automation improvement - Improvement planning and operation capabilities
- Get a clear understanding of data requirements for collaboration, quantitative analysis and identifying the root causes of business issues, presenting data-driven directions and making rational decisions – insights and decision-making skills
- Provide business-reasonable decision-making opportunities by providing thorough and accurate data-driven insights – data design and planning capabilities, data reliability verification capabilities
- Improve organizational operations and operational efficiency - organizational management and efficiency capabilities
- Higher level persuasion, documentation/communication required for reporting - reporting and communication skills competency
- Decision making and collaboration with relevant departments - Bargaining power and collaboration capabilities
Basic Qualifications
- More than 15 years of experience in e-Commerce or distribution
- As a manager, have you run an organization/project and a team of more than 30 people
- Anyone who has operated a pricing service and program planning, operation planning, and operation organization for more than 5 years
- University majors in related departments (engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, and engineering)
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer engineering, and related fields
- Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
