Role Overview

Coupang Rocket Fulfillment Co., Ltd. (RFC) is looking for an Operations Planning Director. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to reduce input variability, working closely with senior management to achieve operating and financial targets, overseeing the implementation and scaling of new or modified processes, and building RCA (Root Cause Analysis) capabilities within the operations team.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and reliable operations.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Drive initiatives to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the implementation and scaling of new or modified processes to meet design entitlements.
• Ensure timely and effective utilization of resources.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize process performance.
• Build and enhance RCA capabilities within the operations team.
• Train and mentor team members on RCA methodologies and tools.
• Lead RCA investigations to identify and address underlying issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience with warehouse/fulfillment center operation planning.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations planning or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration (Drafter: This MUST be included in the job posting based on TW law if the monthly salary is below NT$40,000. The monthly salary includes basic salary and monthly payment, such as meal allowances, attendance bonuses and performance bonus, etc., but excluding overtime pay, year-end bonus, travel expense, etc.)
