Role Overview

This position within the Cross-Border team to further strengthen our operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across customs clearance, vendor coordination, and billing processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You Will Do

• Customs Operations Ownership

• Lead root cause investigations and drive resolution for customs clearance issues, working closely with brokers, internal compliance, and warehouse partners.
• Monitor inspection rates and proactively manage risks related to documentation, labeling, and regulatory changes.

• Broker and Vendor Management

• Own day-to-day operational relationship with customs brokers and key vendors.
• Build SOPs, streamline communication, and resolve escalations quickly and effectively.

• Process Improvement & Data Analysis

• Identify pain points across the inbound cross-border flow (KR → TW) and initiate improvement plans.
• Analyze shipment data, damage trends, and labeling delays to support continuous improvement efforts.

• Documentation and Compliance Support

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of customs documentation (CIPL, CI/PL, permits).
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance and shipment readiness.

• Program Management Support

• Support execution of major projects such as new lane launches, labeling process transitions, or broker RFQ rollouts.
• Track progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure key milestones are met.
