Position: Principal, HRM

What You Will Do:

• Strategically lead end-to-end onboarding initiatives across functions and employee groups to drive a seamless and engaging experience for new hires, improving retention and operational efficiency.

• Design and deliver onboarding materials, including the onboarding orientation, employee handbook, and manager handbook, to ensure quick access for new employees.

• Daily Operation: New hire and exit process, HR Audit, HR system maintenance, reporting, payroll offline data, local government request support, employment contracting, visa and mobility support, and residential support, emergency management, other ad-hoc request in need.

• Partner with other Process COE, People Systems, and other People teams to identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to improve cost, quality, and/or throughput metrics.

• Oversee HR process improvement projects to improve operational efficiency.

• Benchmark market best practices and introduce new systems/solutions where applicable.

• L&D training program and project design and implement ( eg. leadership development, language training programs, and individual development plans...etc)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years’ HR experience
• Team player with company-wide perspective
• Ability to solve HR process related issues digging down to the details
• Ability to lead multiple HR projects with ruthless prioritization
