Position: Sr Specialist/Manager, Supply Chain Management

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing purchasing, forecasting, inventory control, and removal. He/She will work in conjunction with retail, instock, FC counterparts to identify demands, SKUs priorities and operational FC capacities. The ideal candidate will drive the planning, monitoring, and measuring by established SOP.

What You Will Do

• Support volume planning for Coupang Taiwan Network; drive the S&OP by analyzing the supply chain statistics to meet the forecasts
• Responsible for planning and co-ordination for major promo events: act as the point of contact for local market planning and execution
• Partner with upstream teams to decide on capacity inputs, publish plans timely across teams, and consolidate workflows to establish a single source of truth
• Provide data analysis support by developing queries and dashboards to facilitate business decisions among the team
• Work with cross-functional teams to share the entire network business status in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps
• Balance safety, cost management and business growth to optimize warehousing operations
• Cross-functional teamwork with Quality, Tech, Fulfillment, Legal, and Global Operations

Basic Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the areas of Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management and/or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain-related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to partner to deliver business results.
• Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail, and ability to influence without authority.
• Passion to grow and take on increasing responsibility and challenges.
• Ability to set high standards and drive others to excellence.
• Dual Language capability in English and Chinese is preferred.
• Ability to effectively use data to complete analyses. Strong Excel proficiency required, SQL and other technical skills are a strong preference.
• Ability to set lofty goals with a relentless drive and ownership to constantly challenge what is possible.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Operations stakeholders; in e-Commerce and/or Retail industry preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer electronics import
• Experience with digital transformation or process automation in import documentation or compliance
