Position : Catalog Listing Compliance Specialist

• The Catalog Listing Compliance team reviews product listings that violate Coupang’s product listing policies to minimize potential inconvenience for customers. By providing clear guidance to sellers, the team helps ensure accurate and trustworthy product information on the platform.
  Ultimately, we aim to deliver the best possible shopping experience for customers while creating a competitive and compliant selling environment for our sellers.

What will you do?

1) Review product information listed on Coupang and send notification emails to sellers.
2) Inspect product listings based on standardized SOPs to ensure compliance with Coupang’s listing policies.
3) Communicate with sellers through standardized channels.
4) Review seller appeals regarding inspection results.

Essential Qualifications:

1) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
2) Detail-oriented and able to perform tasks accurately based on standardized SOPs.
3) Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
